Contact and quote forms
We receive your name, email address and message. Company, phone number, project type, budget and timing are optional. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
This information is used to reply and prepare a proposal. Quote requests are processed as pre-contractual steps you request; general enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Do not send passwords, banking details or sensitive documents through these forms.
Providers and transfers
Messages are forwarded by Web3Forms to our business inbox. hCaptcha helps prevent automated submissions and may process technical information about your device, connection and interactions. These providers may process data outside the European Union.

Retention
Correspondence is kept while handling your enquiry and following up on the proposal. If you order a service, relevant documents are kept during the contractual relationship, then archived where required by law or the defence of legal rights. You may ask us to delete correspondence that is no longer needed.
Copies processed by providers are also subject to the retention periods described in their policies above.
Free tools and preferences
The word counter, calculators and colour tool run in your browser. These tools do not send the text, amounts or images you use to eylan.
Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change it using the site button or clear it in your browser settings. Language switching uses separate page addresses.
External resources
Fonts load from Google Fonts and the review badge from Codeur.com. Loading them connects to those services, which may receive your IP address and browser information. Forms also load Web3Forms and hCaptcha resources.
No advertising or audience analytics script is included in the current site code. External links lead to services governed by their own policies.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to certain processing and request portability where applicable. Use our contact form.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
